Spin and Win Promotion Rules

This commercial promotion is organized by DENIM RETAIL GROUP, S.A. DE C.V., a company legally constituted

in accordance with the laws of the Republic of El Salvador, with domicile in the District of San Salvador, municipality of San Salvador

Centro, department of San Salvador, who will be responsible for the planning, execution, control and fulfillment of this

promotion (hereinafter, the “Organizer”).

This activity constitutes a commercial promotion, through which the Organizer grants immediate benefits

to consumers who make purchases within participating establishments during its validity.

The promotion does not involve sweepstakes, raffles, or games of chance, but rather a form of recognition and appreciation for customers

for their preference and for the purchase actually made, carried out directly at the point of sale, according to the

mechanics established in these terms and conditions.

The promotion will be valid on the following dates, times, and locations:

• Friday, December 19, 2025: Bonage Metrocentro Santa Ana

• Saturday, December 20, 2025: Bonage Centro Comercial Galerías

• Sunday, December 21, 2025: Bonage Multiplaza

In all cases, the hours will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., or until prizes run out, whichever comes first.

The promotion will only be valid at the following Bonage stores:

• Metrocentro Santa Ana

• Centro Comercial Galerías

• Multiplaza

Adults who make a purchase at participating establishments during the promotional period may participate.

Employees of the Organizer, or personnel directly or indirectly involved in the execution of the promotion, may not participate.

• For each purchase made during the promotional period, the customer will be entitled to participate in the promotional wheel dynamic, according to the conditions established in these terms.

• The spin of the wheel will take place at the time of purchase, within the establishment.

• The result of the spin and, if applicable, the benefit obtained, will be known immediately.• No accumulation of purchases or spins for later dates is permitted.

• A prize will not always be won.

The benefits consist of promotional items from the Bonage brand and/or gift cards, previously defined by the Organizer.

Each branch will have a total of 55 promotional benefits, distributed as follows:

• 20 coffee mugs

• 10 notebooks

• 10 cosmetic bags

• 10 pens

• 5 gift cards valued at US$10.00 each

The benefits:

• Are not transferable.

• Are not redeemable for cash.

• Cannot be substituted for other goods or services.

• Participation in the promotion does not involve any additional payment other than the value of the purchase made.

• The number of spins will depend on the purchase amount, according to the following:

o Purchases of US$60.00: 1 spin

o Purchases of US$80.00: 2 spins

o Purchases of US$120.00: 3 spins

The Organizer will not be responsible for:

• The participant's use of the benefits obtained.

• Damages, losses, or harms arising from the use of the benefits.

• Situations unrelated to the promotion or beyond its reasonable control.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the promotion for justified reasons, and must

communicate this to consumers in a timely manner through the same channels used for its dissemination.

Participation in this promotion implies full, express, and unconditional acceptance of these legal terms and conditions.
