To register for BONAGE LOYALTY, follow these steps:

1. Visit a physical store or the website: You can choose to visit a BONAGE physical store or access our website at www.sv.bonage.com.
2. Make a purchase: Upon completing a purchase in-store or online, you must agree to register for the loyalty system. This will allow you to accumulate points in your account.
3. Create your user on the BONAGE website: If you are already a customer in physical stores, access the website and create your account at www.sv.bonage.com, using the same email address you use for your purchases in physical stores.
4. Access the BNG Loyalty Program link: If you are already a customer in-store and at www.sv.bonage.com, look for the BNG Loyalty Program menu link on the website, complete this registration step in this system by verifying your user with a code that will be sent to your email. It is here that you will be able to check your status and accumulated points.
5. Complete your personal data: Make sure to provide your full name, email address, phone number, and date of birth to create your user in the loyalty program.
6. IMPORTANT NOTE: When assigning your password for the loyalty program system, please note that it must be the same one used to access www.sv.bonage.com and this password must not contain special characters.
7. Use the same email for in-store and web store purchases: To keep your data under a single user in the system, use the same email address for your purchases both in physical stores and the web store.

With every purchase, you'll earn points that will help you level up in the program.

Once you have enough points, you can access exclusive discounts and redemptions for members of the Bonage Loyalty Program.

The benefits of being a Silver or Gold customer may vary depending on the program you have access to based on the value of your purchases. Below, we present the details and benefits for your membership:

Becoming part of our Silver customer group is very simple: make a purchase and register by providing or completing your data in our physical stores or on our website. As part of this status, you will have access to:

• Point accumulation: $10.00 = 1 point
• Redemption of your accumulated points, for every 30 points. = $30.00 (Point exchange for merchandise).
• Points are earned based on the purchase subtotal, so the amount to accumulate does not include ITBMS.
• Point accumulation begins upon accepting registration in the loyalty system.
• Points expire one year from the date of purchase, so you must redeem them before they expire.
• 15% discount birthday coupon, during your birthday week.
• For those who love Denim, with the purchase of 10 jeans, you will receive 1 free pair of jeans.
• Additionally, you will be among our customers to have access to Special Events and Discounts.
  

To become part of our Gold client group, you must be registered in the BONAGE LOYALTY program or already be a Silver client. Your status will change to Gold when you accumulate $500.00 in purchases within (1) one year, which can include purchases in physical stores and the web store.

To accumulate $500.00 in purchases, the accumulated amount count starts from your registration date.

By meeting this requirement, you will be able to obtain all the benefits of the Silver level, with the following extras:

• Points accumulation: $10.00 = 1.33 points.
• Redemption of your accumulated points, for every 30 points = $40.00 (Redemption of points for merchandise).
• Points are earned based on the purchase subtotal, so the amount to accumulate does not include ITBMS.
• Points accumulation begins when registration in the loyalty system is accepted.
• Points expire one year from the date of purchase, so you must redeem them before they expire.
• 20% off birthday coupon, during your birthday week.
• For those who love Denim, for every 10 pairs of jeans purchased, you will receive 1 free pair of jeans.
• Additionally, you will be part of our clients with access to Special Events and Discounts.
• Enjoy a full year of exclusive benefits as a Gold member.
• Accumulate your purchases and Extend your Gold Status: If within that year you accumulate another $500.00 in purchases, your Gold Status will be extended for one more year, taking into account the first time you reached that status. This means you will have an additional year to enjoy the benefits of Gold Status.
• When will you see the Gold Status extension reflected?: Once you reach the expiration of your first annual period in this Status, the system will automatically assign the new expiration date as established in the previous point. You will see the extension of your Gold Status reflected at that time.

• Who cannot register: individuals with false identities, minors, individuals without issued identification documents.
• Points in the BONAGE LOYALTY program have a staggered expiration date, meaning they gradually expire one year after the purchase in which you earned the points.
• Each point will be generated independently upon purchase and will expire one year after its generation, without affecting other points the customer may have accumulated in subsequent purchases. It is important to be aware of this policy to make the most of the program's benefits.
• To check your point status, you can access our system BONAGE LOYALTY PROGRAM, in the menu of www.sv.bonage.com, with your username and password to see all the details of your status.
• Points do not apply to be used or redeemed for discounted or promotional items; they apply to regular-priced items.
• Point redemption and birthday discounts apply to regular-priced merchandise and cannot be combined with other promotions.
• The birthday discount redemption will be valid for a single purchase in a physical store or web store; you can choose one of the two options to access your discount coupon.
• You can enjoy your birthday discount from 3 days before to 3 days after your birthday.
• The free jeans are awarded after purchasing 10 jeans. The free jeans you choose can be any from our available collections. Items that are part of discounted merchandise do not count towards the accumulation of 10 jeans that will entitle you to one free pair.
• Special events and discounts will be notified in advance by invitation.
• In case you wish to change the email address with which you are registered in our system, you must visit one of our physical stores where our staff can assist you with your request.
