By using the Site, Users agree that the delivery of merchandise purchased through the Website will be subject to this shipping policy: 

1. GENERAL TERMS

DENIM RETAIL GROUP, S.A. de C.V. hereinafter BONAGE.

Delivery company: The User accepts that BONAGE may contract the services of logistics agents to deliver the merchandise; therefore, the User accepts that BONAGE may provide necessary personal information to the companies it deems necessary to carry out the delivery.

• Coverage Limitation:
  • Deliveries are only made within El Salvador, and BONAGE reserves the right not to deliver to certain areas within the country, depending on the courier service's provision and availability.
  • The company reserves the right to decline any delivery if it involves remote and/or difficult-to-access locations. In such a case, the User will be contacted to coordinate delivery to a different location than the one indicated. We ask the User to consider these factors when entering the address to avoid delays.
• Timelines:
  • The delivery time starts counting from the moment payment is received, always considering that operations begin to be validated on the next business day after the purchase is made.
  • The User accepts that estimated times may vary depending on the particular conditions of each delivery. In case of delays, the User will be notified.
  • The maximum waiting time for the courier to deliver the purchase at the designated point is 10 minutes. After this period, the courier will leave, and delivery will be rescheduled with an additional charge of $3.99.
• Correct contact details:
  • It is very important that the User verifies that all contact and delivery information is correct; if the address is incorrect, the package will be returned to the store and a new delivery service will be charged for rescheduling. If a change of address is requested after a delivery attempt has been made, the service will be charged as a new delivery.
  • Couriers will be contacting Users by phone during their route, either to confirm the address, request additional information, or to inform them of the estimated delivery time.
  • If a change of address is requested after a second delivery attempt has been made, the service will be charged as a new delivery.
• Non-Receipt:
  • If, after confirming the address to the courier, the User is unable to receive it for any reason, the User will be contacted to reschedule the delivery and a $3.99 surcharge will be applied, which must be paid by the User.
  • In the event that the phone number is incorrect or the user does not answer, the package will not be delivered on the expected day. In these cases, an additional $1.50 will be charged for the second delivery attempt.
• Communications:
  • The User will receive information about their order's route via email servicio.cliente@bonage.com .

Deliveries in the department of San Salvador will be according to the following modalities:

A.1 FREE DELIVERY – MUNICIPALITIES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SAN SALVADOR (5-7 BUSINESS DAYS)

CONDITION: Only for purchases equal to or greater than US$100.00

COST: Free

TIME: 5-7 business days after payment receipt is confirmed.

A.2 STANDARD DELIVERY – MUNICIPALITIES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SAN SALVADOR (5-7 BUSINESS DAYS)

COST: US$ 4.99

TIME: 5-7 business days after payment receipt is confirmed.

A.3 EXPRESS DELIVERY - MUNICIPALITIES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SAN SALVADOR (2-3 BUSINESS DAYS)

COST: US$ 6.99

• You will receive confirmation via email when your order is ready for pickup.
• Orders can be picked up at the following branches:

• The estimated time to pick up the order will be 2 to 5 business days after payment has been verified.
• Orders can be picked up from Monday to Sunday.
• The customer must show their confirmation email to the store representative, who will notify them "Ready for Pickup".
