This is the website of the store whose trade name is BONAGE, owned by the legal entity, DENIM RETAIL GROUP, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter, "BONAGE"). This Privacy Policy applies to the domain of the website sv.bonage.com (hereinafter the Site).

The User (hereinafter User or Users, as applicable) accepts without reservation or limitation, each and every one of the conditions of this Privacy Policy of the BONAGE website.

In accordance with the Electronic Signature Law and the Electronic Commerce Law, which aims to establish the principles, rights, obligations and procedures that regulate the way of commercializing through our website or any digital platform; BONAGE extends this Privacy Policy for the processing of Users' personal data.

Personal data is any information concerning natural persons that identifies them or makes them identifiable (hereinafter "Personal Data") and financial personal data is data corresponding to credit card information, online banking, bank accounts, or other information that identifies the User's financial data (hereinafter "Financial Data").

Financial Data and credit card payment information are handled by the banking entity subcontracted by BONAGE (Banco Agrícola, S.A. and Banco de América Central, S.A.) and are subject to the terms and conditions of said provider, which are accepted by the User at the time of payment. BONAGE does not store or manage Financial Data or the "User's" credit card information. 

To opt out of receiving direct mail (such as catalogs and postcards) and promotional emails, please contact us using the contact information on the Site.

The User agrees that, even if they opt out of receiving promotional communications, BONAGE may continue to send them non-promotional emails, such as those about their account or ongoing business relationships.

BONAGE may make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time, but Users may consult the most recent version through the Site.
